As time goes by, if any areas develop sticky dust, built-up dirt, or need extra attention, those specific spots can be deep cleaned as needed for a small add-on fee to the regular monthly cleaning rate. Please let us know if you’d like these areas addressed, and/or we will bring them to your attention if noticed and ask for approval before proceeding, since an add-on fee is involved.

If a cobweb on the ceiling or something super obvious is noticed, a quick moment will always be taken to clean it up right away. However, if the issue is more extensive, it will need to be added as an add-on service or scheduled as a separate deep clean.
