Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC was founded by Krystina, a survivor who turned her pain into purpose. Built on biblical principles of love, integrity, and service, Busy Bees exists to bring peace and comfort into every home we touch.

City Core: Downtown San Diego (Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy), Hillcrest, North Park, and Balboa Park

Coastal & Surrounding: La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, and Mission Valley

East County

Cities: El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, and Lemon Grove

Unincorporated Areas: Alpine, Spring Valley, Lakeside, Jamul, and the Mountain Empire communities (like Julian and Borrego Springs)

South Bay

Cities: Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach, and Coronado

Areas: San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, and Nestor (many of these are part of the city of San Diego limits)

Requirements:

• 18 or older

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance

• Vehicle capable of carrying cleaning supplies (sedan or larger)

• ⭐ Priority Requirement: Reliable Personal Transportation

• This position requires traveling to client locations throughout San Diego County and transporting cleaning equipment and supplies. You must have consistent, reliable access to your own vehicle (not occasional borrowing or relying on public transit) to safely carry the necessary tools and products for each job.

⭐ Priority Hiring: Weekday Morning Availability

We are currently prioritizing applicants who are available for weekday morning shifts (Monday–Friday, typically starting between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM). While we may have afternoon and weekend opportunities in the future, our immediate need is for consistent weekday morning availability.

What to Expect (Training & Growth)

Week 1: Paid on-the-job training—shadowing, product use, safety, time-tracking procedures, and Busy Bees standards

Week 2: Guaranteed at least 2 supervised jobs

Weeks 3–4: Guaranteed at least 4 jobs

After Training: Opportunities for regular hours, with availability growing as client demand increases

You'll have access to our Team Handbook, complete a short quiz, and earn pay increases as your skills, reliability, efficiency, and quality of work grow.

During your first 30–60 days, we'll provide closer coaching and monitoring to help you learn our time expectations, cleaning standards, communication procedures, and payroll process. This period helps both you and Busy Bees determine whether the position is a good fit.

After successful training, you'll be eligible for:

✓Independent work and opportunities for pay increases

✓More availability can mean more hours and income—top performers may have opportunities to take on additional clients and specialty work

✓Your own company shirt

✓Leadership and specialty assignment opportunities

✓As you build skills, reliability, efficiency, and client trust, you may have opportunities for more hours, pay increases, and leadership or specialty assignments.

How You'll Be Paid

This position is paid hourly, starting at $22.50 per hour. Payments are processed weekly for hours worked.

Team members are expected to accurately track their time using the designated clock-in and clock-out process. Time worked must reflect the actual time spent performing assigned work, including approved job-related tasks.

During training, you're paid hourly at the starting rate of $22.50 per hour. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, there may be opportunities for pay increases. And we love to give bonuses!

Professional Time, Quality & Performance Standards

At Busy Bees, hourly pay is built around professionalism, accurate timekeeping, quality work, and reasonable efficiency. Each type of cleaning assignment will have an expected time range based on the size, condition, and scope of the job. These expectations will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Our time and quality standards include:

→ Team members must accurately clock in and out according to company procedures

→ Expected time ranges may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific needs of each home or workspace

→ Actual time worked may be reviewed against the expected time range during regular performance reviews

→ Taking additional time may be appropriate when a home requires extra care, the condition is different than expected, or the client has an approved request

→ If you believe a job will take longer than the expected time, communicate with a manager as soon as possible and receive approval before continuing beyond the target time whenever practical

→ Scope changes, unexpected conditions, safety concerns, or client requests should be documented and communicated promptly

→ Quality will always matter more than rushing, but team members are expected to work at a steady, professional pace

→ Repeatedly exceeding expected time ranges without a clear reason or prior communication may result in additional coaching or a performance conversation

→ Quality checks, client feedback, and occasional spot checks may be used to confirm that work is thorough and meets Busy Bees standards

→ Team members who consistently meet time and quality expectations may be considered for additional hours, pay increases, leadership opportunities, or performance-based incentives as available

Our goal is not to rush team members or compromise the quality of service. Our goal is to create clear expectations, support accurate payroll, recognize thorough work, and make sure each team member is working efficiently and professionally.

Physical Requirements
