OUR RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Every new client receives a First-Time Deep Clean during the initial visit, regardless of the current condition of the home. This deep clean provides a fresh start and resets the space to a spotless baseline, allowing future cleanings to be more efficient and consistent.

The First-Time Deep Clean is a thorough scrub of all areas listed in the Standard Services section below, while standard recurring cleanings are a lighter, maintenance-style wipe down of those same areas.

We recommend scheduling a Deep Clean every 3–6 months to maintain your home’s cleanliness and prevent buildup in hard-to-reach areas. Our team will do our best to let you know if we notice that your home may benefit from a deep clean; however, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to request and schedule these services as needed.

Deep Clean Service Description:

Our Deep Clean Service provides a top-to-bottom refresh of your home, focusing on detailed cleaning, disinfecting, and restoring shine to all reachable areas. This service includes a full wipe-down of surfaces, movement of décor for thorough cleaning, and a deeper scrub of floors and fixtures.

All Rooms (Living Areas, Bedrooms, Hallways, Entryways)

⭐ Walls – Heavy dusting

⭐ Vents – Swiffer and wipe down

⭐ Lighting – Full cleaning/wipe down

⭐ Handles & Knobs – Full cleaning/wipe down

⭐ Floors – Sweep/vacuum & mop with deeper scrub

✔ Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

✔ Disinfect light switches, door handles, and high-touch areas

✔ Remove trash, re-line bins, and wipe sides and bottoms

✔ Refresh area rugs by lifting, shaking out, and vacuuming both sides (as size allows)

This Deep Clean is designed to restore your home to a refreshed, sanitized, and polished condition, preparing it for ongoing maintenance or special occasions.

Inside Appliances – Full cleaning of interior oven, refrigerator, microwave, or dishwasher.

Baseboards – Full clean and wipe down of all baseboards throughout the home.

Blinds/Shutters – Full clean and wipe down of slats and frames.

Cabinets (Bathrooms/Kitchens) – Full clean inside and/or outside of cabinet doors, drawers, and shelving.

Cobweb Removal – Removal of cobwebs requiring a ladder or extended reach.

Doors & Trim – Full cleaning and wipe down of doors, frames, and trim.

Mirrors & Glass – Additional fee may apply if the home contains an excess of mirrors or glass surfaces.

Pet Items (Crates, Beds, etc.) – Not included unless requested as an add-on.

Plants (Faux or Real) – Dusting or cleaning not included unless requested as an add-on.

Tub/Shower – Mold Areas – Deep scrubbing and treatment of mold or mildew buildup.

Pet Hair – Additional charge may apply for excessive pet hair on furniture or upholstery.

Upholstery – Removing cushions and cleaning/vacuuming underneath.

Walls – Full wall washing or spot cleaning upon request.

Windows – Only window sills are dusted during standard or deep cleans; full window cleaning is a separate service.
