Every new client receives a thorough deep clean on the first visit 🏠, regardless of the current condition, to ensure a fresh start 🌟 before regular maintenance. This allows our team to reset your space to a spotless baseline, making future cleanings more efficient and consistent.

Bedrooms & Living Areas
Detailed cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces

Estimated Time
4–6 hours with 2 cleaners (depending on space and condition)

Overall Difference
Deep scrubbing and sanitizing of all areas, including windows, blinds, vents, and baseboards

Additional Note:
As months go by, if any areas develop sticky dust, built-up dirt, or need extra attention, those specific spots can be deep cleaned as needed for a small add-on fee to the regular monthly cleaning rate.

Why We Don’t Publicize Our Prices

At Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC, pricing is never one-size-fits-all—because no two homes are ever the same. Even if three neighbors share the exact same floor plan, their lifestyles and cleaning needs can be completely different. A home with five kids, a home with three cats, and a home with just one resident will all require different levels of care and attention.

That’s why every estimate is customized. While we do have a base rate that considers factors like location, square footage, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, we also take into account important details such as:

• How many people live in the home

• Whether there are pets

• The amount of décor, furniture, and delicate items

• The types of surfaces, flooring, and appliances

• The overall lifestyle and priorities of the household

To provide the most accurate estimate, we require photo submissions when you request a quote. These photos help us understand the unique details of your home—whether it’s filled with shelves of collectibles or styled with a minimalistic approach.

Once we review your information, we carefully calculate the time and effort required to complete the job to our high standards. From there, we create a customized estimate that reflects both the scope of work and the value of our professional services.
