✓ Dust all surfaces, baseboards, and window sills
✓ Clean window tracks (accessible without ladder)

✓ Wipe down doors and door frames

✓ Clean and disinfect sink and faucet
✓ Clean stovetop, oven exterior, and range hood
✓ Clean refrigerator exterior and interior (if empty)

Move-Out Clean vs. Deep Clean: What's the Difference?
Move-Out Cleaning is designed for vacant properties and includes intensive cleaning of areas not typically covered in regular or deep cleans—like inside empty cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances. This service prepares the property for the next occupant or final inspection.
Deep Cleaning is for occupied homes with furniture and personal belongings present. It's a thorough cleaning that goes beyond routine maintenance but does not include tasks like cleaning inside cabinets or appliances unless requested as add-ons.
