Our Policies & Procedures *

  • All new cleaning clients of Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC are required to begin services with a First-Time Deep Clean, regardless of the current condition of the home. This initial deep clean establishes a spotless baseline, ensuring that future maintenance cleanings are more efficient, consistent, and effective.

    The First-Time Deep Clean is a comprehensive cleaning of all areas listed under the Standard Services section. It includes a detailed scrub and disinfecting of surfaces, fixtures, and floors throughout the home.

    Standard recurring cleanings that follow are lighter, maintenance-style services designed to uphold the cleanliness achieved during the initial deep clean.

    Standard Services include:

    Living Rooms/Common Areas: Clean mirrors, disinfect light switches, remove trash, dust all surfaces, sweep/vacuum, and mop.

    Kitchen: Clean and disinfect sink, clean stovetop, polish refrigerator (outside only), clean countertops, wipe appliances (outside only), clean tables, wipe chairs, disinfect light switches, remove trash, dust all surfaces, sweep/vacuum, and mop.

    Bathroom(s): Clean and disinfect sink, toilet, and tub/shower; clean mirrors; disinfect light switches; remove trash; dust all surfaces; sweep/vacuum; and mop.

    Bedroom(s): Clean mirrors, disinfect light switches, remove trash, dust all surfaces, sweep/vacuum, and mop.

    Tasks not listed above are considered Add-On Services and must be requested separately.

    The client’s selected cleaning frequency — [Bi-Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Other] — and rate of $[price] per service are based on the property’s needs and the agreed-upon service plan.

  • Clients must provide safe and timely access to their property at the scheduled appointment time. The Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC team will wait up to fifteen (15) minutes upon arrival for access to be granted. If access is not provided within that time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

  • The following services are not included in regular cleaning services and must be requested at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance to allow for scheduling adjustments, unless they were already included in the initial estimate:

    • Air vents/return/intake grilles

    • Blinds/shutters

    • Cabinets (see below for more details)

    • Doors

    • Inside appliances

    • Inside oven

    • Inside refrigerator

    • Pets (all pet-related items are not included; excessive pet hair removal may incur an additional fee)

    • Plants (real or artificial)

    • Vacuuming underneath furniture that must be moved

    • Walls

    • Windows and window sills/tracks

    Additional fees may apply for these services.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC operates within a fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minute arrival window from the scheduled appointment time. Slight delays may occur if additional time is needed at a prior appointment, as the team travels directly from one client’s location to another. This scheduling approach ensures every client receives the same level of care and attention to detail. Clients may request a text notification when the team is on the way.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC does not wash linens. If a bedding change is requested, a $7.00 fee per bed will apply. Clients must notify Busy Bees at least 72 hours in advance to add this service. Laundry and bedding changes are not included in standard services, and fresh linens must be washed and ready before the scheduled appointment.

  • The outside of cabinets is not included in standard cleaning services unless specifically outlined in the client’s service contract. Cleaning the inside of cabinets is considered an additional service and will incur an extra fee. Clients who wish to include cabinet cleaning should discuss this in advance so it can be added to their service plan and scheduled accordingly.

  • For the safety of both clients and team members, Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC staff will not handle, move, clean, or dust any candles, wax melts, or similar items that are on, lit, or recently used during a service. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all candles and wax items are extinguished and fully cooled before the scheduled appointment. Busy Bees is not responsible for any damage, residue, or accidents caused by candles or wax melts that are left on, active, or warm during cleaning or organizing services.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance to retain the $50 commitment fee. If proper notice is provided and rescheduling is needed, the fee will be applied to the new appointment date.

    If less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice is given, or if three (3) consecutive appointments are canceled without rescheduling, the $50 commitment fee will be forfeited. This policy ensures that Busy Bees can maintain an efficient schedule and provide reliable service to all clients.

  • To respect client privacy, any closed doors within the property will be interpreted as off-limits, and the Busy Bees team will not enter or clean those areas. Clients are responsible for ensuring that doors to all rooms or spaces they wish to have cleaned or organized are open and remain open during the service. This policy helps maintain clear boundaries and ensures privacy is always protected.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC will dust around most decorative or personal items. However, if a surface contains more than ten (10) small items or collections requiring extra care, additional time and fees may apply. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns or special handling instructions in advance.

  • A $50 commitment fee is required before booking to secure an appointment and reserve a spot on the schedule. This fee ensures that Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC can allocate the necessary time and resources for each session, demonstrates client commitment to the scheduled appointment, and allows the company to maintain an efficient and reliable schedule for all clients.

    For recurring clients, the $50 commitment fee is a one-time fee that will remain on file for the duration of ongoing services. This fee will be applied toward the final balance when at least thirty (30) days’ notice is provided to cancel recurring services. If less than thirty (30) days’ notice is given, the $50 commitment fee will be forfeited.

    For non-recurring or one-time appointments, a $50 commitment fee is required for each appointment booked and will be applied toward the final balance of that specific service.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance to retain the $50 commitment fee. If proper notice is provided and rescheduling is needed, the fee will be applied to the new appointment date. If less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice is given, or if three (3) consecutive appointments are canceled without rescheduling, the $50 commitment fee will be forfeited.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC recognizes the importance of maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy of all clients. During the course of providing services, the Busy Bees team may have access to personal belongings, sensitive information, or private materials. All such information will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed, shared, or used for any purpose other than performing contracted services.

    Busy Bees requires all team members to uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at all times. Team members are strictly prohibited from photographing, recording, or discussing any client property, documents, or information encountered while on-site, unless expressly authorized by the client for project purposes.

    Clients agree to secure any confidential or sensitive materials prior to scheduled appointments. Busy Bees will not be held responsible for the loss or exposure of confidential information that was not properly secured by the client.

    This confidentiality obligation remains in effect during and after the termination of services.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of contract for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, power outages, or other emergencies that make it unsafe or impractical to perform scheduled sessions.

    In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Busy Bees will make every reasonable effort to notify the client as soon as possible and to reschedule the affected appointment at a mutually convenient time once conditions allow. No penalties or additional fees will apply for cancellations or rescheduling directly resulting from such events.

    Both parties agree that safety and compliance with local regulations will take precedence during any force majeure situation.

  • Client participation is an important part of the organizing process. Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC encourages active collaboration to ensure that organizing decisions align with the client’s preferences and lifestyle.

  • Clients are expected to prepare the space prior to the scheduled organizing session to ensure an efficient and productive experience by:

    • Identifying priority areas or items to be addressed during the session.

    • Removing or securing personal, confidential, or sentimental items that should not be handled.

    • Removing or safely storing any potential hazardous items, including sharp objects, chemicals, or biohazards.

    • Ensuring that pets, children, or other distractions are managed to allow for uninterrupted work time.

    • Providing clear access to storage areas, closets, or spaces that will be organized.

    Failure to prepare the space as requested may result in reduced organizing efficiency, service delays, or additional time charges.

  • Clients authorize Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC to assist with the removal, donation, or disposal of unwanted items as part of the organizing service, based on the client’s direction and consent. Busy Bees will not remove or discard any items without the client’s approval.

    Busy Bees may assist with coordinating donation drop-offs, arranging pickup services, or organizing trash removal within reasonable limits. Donation and disposal coordination services include sorting and preparing items for donation or removal, limited to a maximum of two to four (2–4) standard trash bags or the equivalent volume that can reasonably fit in a mid-size SUV. Any additional items beyond this limit may incur extra fees or require separate scheduling at the discretion of Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC.

    Any associated fees for donation pickups, hauling, or disposal services are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Once items are donated, discarded, or removed from the property, they cannot be retrieved. Busy Bees is not responsible for items once they have been permanently removed or transferred to a third party.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC provides professional organizing services designed to improve functionality, efficiency, and overall space management. Services under this agreement may include, but are not limited to:

    • Home organization (kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, garages, basements, and storage areas)

    • Office and workspace organization (desks, filing systems, supply storage, digital organization, and workflow optimization)

    • Move management (pre-move decluttering, packing organization, labeling systems, and post-move setup)

    • Downsizing and simplifying (sorting, categorizing, and reducing belongings)

    • Seasonal and holiday organization (storage solutions for décor, clothing, and event supplies)

    • Paper and document management (mail sorting, filing systems, and paper reduction strategies)

    • Children’s spaces (playrooms, bedrooms, study areas, and toy organization systems)

    • Storage optimization (bins, shelving, and labeling systems)

    • Maintenance sessions (follow-up visits to maintain organization systems) — at the rate of $75.00 per hour.

    By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges that they are hiring Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC specifically for professional organizing services at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour.

    Any services outside the scope listed above, or any cleaning-related tasks, are not included in this agreement and must be scheduled separately under a cleaning service contract.

    Any changes to the service frequency, scope, or pricing must be discussed and approved in writing prior to the next scheduled session. Adjustments may be required if the session frequency changes or if additional organizing services are requested.

  • Payment is due on the same day the service is completed. Failure to remit payment on the day of service may result in a late fee or suspension of future appointments.

  • Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or an online invoice that can be paid with any credit, debit, or checking account.

  • All pets must be secured during appointments to ensure the safety of the animals and the efficiency of the Busy Bees team. Cats may remain uncrated and roam freely throughout the home as long as they do not interfere with, hinder, or act aggressively toward the team.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC will take great care with all property; however, the company cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable fixtures, or items that are not properly secured. Clients must inform the team in advance of any fragile, delicate, or high-value items that require special care or attention. For safety reasons, the Busy Bees team will not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

    Busy Bees is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both clients and team members. If conditions are discovered that may pose health or safety risks—such as mold, pests, biohazards, structural damage, or other hazardous materials—Busy Bees reserves the right to pause, modify, or refuse service until the issue has been properly addressed.

    Clients agree to disclose any known safety or health concerns prior to the scheduled session. If unsafe conditions are identified during the service, Busy Bees will immediately notify the client and determine whether the session can safely continue.

    Busy Bees is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from unsafe conditions and will work with the client to reschedule once the environment is deemed safe for services.

  • Both parties agree to maintain mutual respect and professionalism at all times.

  • Clients may receive appointment reminders, updates, or scheduling communications via email, text message, or phone call from the Busy Bees team. Clients are responsible for reviewing these communications and checking their email regularly for important updates regarding upcoming appointments.

  • Clients must notify Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC at least thirty (30) days in advance if they decide to discontinue recurring services.

  • Busy Bees Flawless Clean & Organizing LLC provides all products, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the agreed-upon services. All products used are professional-grade, effective, and selected with safety and quality in mind for the type of space being serviced.

    All equipment and supplies remain the property of Busy Bees and are brought to each appointment. Supplies and equipment will not be stored at the client’s property or used on-site without prior written approval.

    If a client requests the use of specific cleaning products, materials, or equipment—such as eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or brand-specific items—these must be provided by the client and communicated to Busy Bees prior to the scheduled service. Busy Bees is not responsible for the performance, results, or potential damage caused by client-supplied products or equipment.

    Clients must ensure that electrical outlets, water access, and adequate lighting are available during services. Busy Bees reserves the right to decline the use of any product or equipment that may pose a safety risk, cause damage, or fail to meet company standards.

  • As Busy Bees continues to grow, new team members may assist with services. All team members are thoroughly trained to uphold Busy Bees’ high standards of quality, professionalism, and care.
